Filip “NEO” Kubski (born Jun 15, 1987) is a professional Counter-Strike coach. He joined Astralis.
NEO moved into coaching with FaZe in 2023 after a long playing career in Counter-Strike. His CS2 period with FaZe included trophies at IEM Sydney 2023, Thunderpick World Championship 2023, and CS Asia Championships 2023. He stayed with FaZe as head coach until March 2026.
